Service Scope
VPNNF provides subscription services for cross-border access and network acceleration, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can manage subscriptions, obtain client software and view service information through the user panel. Available routes are as shown in the panel.
A subscription provides network connectivity only. It does not include accounts, memberships, content licenses or API quotas for third-party websites. Whether a destination service is available, permits sign-in or allows a particular type of use is determined by that service's own rules. A successful network connection does not grant eligibility to use the service.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Keep your login credentials, subscription link and order details secure, and do not share access credentials with others. If you discover a credential leak or unusual activity, change your password promptly and seek assistance through the user panel.
Unlimited simultaneous devices means that the same user may use a subscription on their own devices. It does not permit sharing with multiple people, public distribution, resale or commercial proxy access. Do not post subscription links in public repositories, groups or pages accessible to others.
Plan prices and data allowances are listed on the plan pricing page. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Data packs remain available until used and do not expire. Check the billing method and data allowance before placing an order.
You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 14 days of your first payment. For application instructions and details, see the refund policy.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any regions relevant to their use, as well as the rules of destination websites, applications and content providers. Do not use the service for unlawful activities or to infringe on another person's privacy, intellectual property or other legal rights.
Network attacks, malicious scanning, distribution of malware, fraud, unauthorized data collection and spam are prohibited. Do not use automated requests to damage network resources or disrupt other users. Users are responsible for activity and content published through their accounts.
Availability and Liability
Connection quality depends on the local network, device configuration, international links, maintenance schedules and destination service policies. VPNNF does not guarantee that every route will always connect, that specific websites will remain available or that any fixed speed will be reached. VPNNF does not control how third-party services determine a user's region or handle accounts.
If you experience connection issues, check your subscription status, client settings and route selection, then submit a support ticket with the necessary details. Do not expose passwords, full subscription links or other sensitive information in troubleshooting screenshots.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNNF is responsible for impacts caused by third-party platform restrictions, user device failures or events beyond reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit remedies available to users under applicable law.
Account Suspension and Termination
If a user engages in unlawful use, resale or sharing, network attacks, account theft or other conduct that violates these terms, VPNNF may restrict relevant connections, suspend the account or terminate the service based on the level of risk. Where urgent risk control is needed, VPNNF may first take necessary action and then explain the reason.
If you disagree with the outcome, submit your account and order details through a user panel support ticket to request a review. Decisions are based on verifiable facts. Account actions do not affect any obligations imposed by law or rights available to users.
Changes and Notices
VPNNF may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements or security needs, and will note the update month on this page. Changes affecting important user interests will be announced on the site or through the user panel, with details about how they apply.
Changes to these terms will not retroactively diminish legal rights users have already acquired. If you have questions about an update or cannot accept it, contact VPNNF through the contact page or a support ticket to learn how it affects your existing subscription. Matters not expressly addressed are governed by applicable law.
