Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how refund requests for VPNNF subscriptions are submitted and handled. Requests must be submitted through a support ticket in the user panel, where the order, payment record, and outcome are verified against the relevant account. You may also wish to review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Refund window and eligibility
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. The window is based on the first successful payment recorded in your account. If you submit a request within that window, the time needed for subsequent verification does not change the submission date. You do not need to complete connection troubleshooting first or provide a technical report about your experience.
Please identify the order covered by your request. Monthly subscriptions and data plans have different data rules: monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data plans remain valid until used and never expire. These billing rules do not create a separate refund window. For disputes involving later renewals, upgrades, or duplicate payments, list each item separately in your ticket; they do not automatically restore eligibility for a refund based on the first payment.
Verification and exclusions
Requests made after the refund window are not covered by the no-questions-asked full refund described on this page. Orders that have not been paid successfully, have been canceled, or have already been refunded cannot be refunded again for the same amount. If the order owner or payment status cannot yet be verified, please provide the relevant records before processing continues.
Data used during normal service should not be arbitrarily added as a condition for a refund. This policy does not set a data-usage threshold for rejecting refunds or deducting amounts. For claims of “excessive use,” first check the plan allowance, usage records, and order status; requests should not be rejected based on unpublished rules.
Cases involving prohibited use or account disputes are handled separately from refund verification. Account restrictions do not determine the refund outcome; please explain the specific grounds in your ticket. For duplicate requests, use of another person’s order, or cases where payment ownership cannot be established, identity and transaction verification must be resolved first.
How to apply and what to provide
After signing in to the user panel, go to the support ticket page, explain that you are requesting a refund, and provide the order number, payment method, payment date and time, and amount paid. If there are multiple orders, identify the payment covered by this request so that a renewal is not confused with the original order.
If the payment record does not match the order status, you may provide transaction evidence; please redact details that are not needed for verification from screenshots. Do not provide your account password, subscription link, payment password, or keys. VPNNF accounts can be created without an email address. Keep refund correspondence in a ticket under the original account.
After submitting your request, use the same ticket to review replies, provide additional information, and confirm the outcome. If you cannot sign in for now, first consult the information on the Contact page. Do not post payment evidence in public comments.
Return methods and payment differences
Refunds are generally returned through the original payment channel to help verify ownership of the funds. Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions must be checked against the original transaction record. If a channel does not support a direct return or the transaction status is unusual, explain the reason in a ticket and confirm a suitable method first. Refunds will not automatically be sent to an unrelated account.
USDT transfers differ from refunds through Alipay or WeChat Pay. The original transaction record, network, and receiving address must be verified. Do not assume that the original payment address can receive a refund, especially if the payment was made through a trading platform. The return arrangement, amount calculation, and any network fees should be explained and confirmed before processing; no exchange rate or fee amount is assumed in advance.
Refund progress and follow-up
Request acceptance, refund initiation, and receipt of funds are separate stages. The time until funds arrive depends on order verification, the payment channel, or network processing; this page does not promise a fixed arrival time. After the ticket shows that a refund has been initiated, also check the original payment channel records. For USDT refunds, verify the status of the relevant transaction as well.
If you cannot find the funds, follow up in the original ticket and provide records that can be checked. Once a refund is complete, confirm the subscription benefits, data, and access status associated with that order so you do not continue relying on a refunded order. Eligibility to use other orders depends on the status of each order in your account.
